Most recently, Warren served as the head coach of Utah Royals FC Arizona U17, U16, and U15 clubs, the regional youth system in the ECNL. Warren also served as the Phoenix-based club’s Girls College Director, overseeing the development and recruitment of prospective college student-athletes, including incoming WSU freshman Ava Ghoreishi.
Warren previously worked as the head coach at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB), leading the Blazers from 2011 through the 2015 season. Prior to taking over the UAB program, Warren spent most of his career on the west coach, serving as the associate head coach at USC and helping the Trojans win the NCAA Division-I national championship in 2007.
Warren began his coaching career at UC Irvine in 2002 before joining the University of Arizona in 2003 where he spent four years as an assistant coach. Following USC and UAB, Warren served as an assistant coach at Syracuse before joining Yavapai College where he helped guide the Roughriders to a postseason appearance in the NJCAA Division I Region I Championship.
