Kianna Williams started as Washington State's video coordinator prior to the start of the 2020-21 season.
Prior to coming to Pullman, Williams spent the 2019-20 season as a graduate assistant coach at the University of Mary in Bismarck, N.D. While at UMary, she was responsible for recruiting and camp coordination, scouted opponents and was the team's travel liaison. Williams was also crucial in skill development and academic development during her time at the University of Mary.
Williams spent a brief period coaching at Lakeside High School in Lake Elsinore, California during the 2018-19 season. She joined the program as a varsity assistant coach, but ended the year as interim head coach.
A 2018 graduate from Northern Colorado, playing for the Bears from 2014-18. She spent three seasons playing for now Washington State head coach Kamie Ethridge and was named team captain.
