JUNIOR (2023): Cross Country - Started the season with a 6K college-best time of 17:55.2 and finished second overall in the WSU Alumni Open (9/1/23)...Finished 10th overall in the Cougar Classic Invitational (9/15/23) with a 8K time of 24:45.1...Ran a 5M college-best time of 24:39.6 in the Joe Piane Invitational (9/29/23)...He finished 71st overall...Finished 113th overall with an 8K time of 24.41.3 in the XC23 College & Open (10/14/23)...Improved on hi 8K time clocking in a 23:57.2 in the Pac-12 Championships (10/27/23) finishing 33rd overall...Wrapped up the season with a 10K time of 30:40.3 in the NCAA Division I West Region Championships (11/10/23)...He finished 67th overall.


SOPHOMORE (2022): Cross Country- Opened the season with an 8K time of 24:26.6 in the Bill Dellinger Invitational (9/23/22) posting a 27th overall finish...He improved on his 8K time at the Pac-12 Championships (10/28/22) with a 8K (PR) time of 23:55.1 finishing 34th overall...Wrapped up the season with a 10K (PR) time of 30:19.9 at the NCAA Division 1 West Region Championships (11/11/22) finishing 92nd overall.

FRESHMAN (2021): Cross Country- Made his collegiate debut at the WSU Open (9/1) where he finished fifth overall with an 18:15.9 6k time... He followed up with a 10th-place finish at the WSU Cougar Classic in an 8k time of 24:34.3... Hit a season-best with a 24:19.8 to finish 60th at the Dellinger Invitational... Was 53rd in 26:02.6 at the Pac-12 Championships (10/29) before a DNF at the West Region Championships (11/12).
