WSU CAREER:
SOPHOMORE (2023): Cross Country - Opened up the season with a 6K college-best time of 18:29.8 in the WSU Alumni Open (9/1/23) finishing 4th overall...Finished 5th overall in the Cougar Classic Invitational (9/15/23) with a 8k time of 24:27.5...In the Joe Piane Invitational (9/29/23) he clocked in a 5M college-best time of 24:53.5 finishing 87th overall...Ran a 8k time of 24:30.6 and finished 94th overall in the XC23 College & Open (10/14/23)...Finished 46th overall with an 8K college-best time of 24.22.9 in the Pac-12 Championships (10/27/23)...Finished the season with his fourth college-best time of the season with a 10K time of 31:14.9 in the NCAA Division I West Region Championships (11/10/23)...He finished 94th overall.

FRESHMAN (2022): Cross Country - Opened his collegiate career with a 6th overall finish in the WSU XC Invitational (9/1/22) with a 6K time of 18:36.7...In his first 8K race he finished 42nd overall in the Bill Dellinger Invitational (9/23/22) clocking in an 8K time of 24:42.3...At the Pac-12 Championships (10/28/22) he finished 43rd overall with an 8k (PR) time of 24:26.1...He wrapped up the season at the NCAA Division I West Region Championships (11/11/22) and posted a 10K (PR) time of 32:05.2. finishing 184th overall. 

HIGH SCHOOL: Was a state champion as a senior at Reno High School in the 800m (1:53.42) and the 1600m (4:08.67) in the Spring of 2022... Also owned an impressive 3200m time at 10:06.00... Finished runner-up in the state at the NIAA 5A XC State Championships with a 16:46 5k time.
