SOPHOMORE (2023): Cross Country- Finished the year with a college-best in four of the five events competed in...Finished fifth overall with a college-best 6K time of 18:35.4 in the WSU Alumni Open (9/1/23)...In the Cougar Classic Invitational (9/15/23) he ran a college-best 8k time of 25:02.7 finishing 17th overall...Clocked in a college-best 5M time of 25:06.7 in the Joe Piane Invitational (9/29/23) finishing 102nd overall...Wrapped up the season with a college-best 10k time of 32:18.0 and finished 147th overall in the NCAA Division I West Region Championships (11/10/23). 

FRESHMAN (2022): Cross Country- Made his collegiate debut placing 14th overall in the WSU XC Invitational (9/1/22)...Finished with a 6K time of 19:21.0...He finished 74th overall in the Bill Dellinger Invitational (9/23/22)...He clocked in an 8K time of 25:56.1...He finished his Freshman season at the Pac-12 Championships (10/28/23)...He finished his 8K race 78th overall with a time of 26:49.5.

HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped at Arlington HS where he ran cross country and track for former WSU distance runner Jon Murray... Reached a ranking of No. 8 in the nation and No. 2 in the state of Washington in the mile at 4:06.10... His 1500m time of 3:49.14 was the second-best in the nation as a senior and the top time in the state of Washington... His 800m time of 1:52.33 was also best in the state and 19th in the nation.
