Kurt Lupinski

Kurt Lupinski completed his first season at Washington State after joining the coaching staff as the volunteer assistant coach last fall. Prior to WSU, Lupinski worked the 2017 season as the recruiting coordinator at Lower Columbia College.

In his first season at Washington State, Lupinski served in a variety of roles including the Cougar’s first-base coach and coordinated the Cougar Baseball Camps.

Lupinski was a member of the baseball support staff at Oregon State University from 2008-12, working with former OSU assistant coach and current Cougar Head Coach Marty Lees. Lupinski, who also worked at Chemeketa Community College, helped LCC to a Northwest Athletic Conference title in 2017.

The Klamath Falls, Ore. native attended Henley High School. Lupinski earned his bachelor’s degree in environmental science with a minor in communications from Oregon State and is pursuing his master’s degree through Concordia University in Irvine, Calif.
