WSU CAREER. SENIOR (2020-21): Cross Country - ...Track & Field - ...Was named to the WSU SAAC Executive Board as Vice President.

JUNIOR (2019-20): Cross Country - Competed in one race during the season which included the WSU Alumni Open (6k) where Kindl placed 12th overall with a time of 19:53.2.

SOPHOMORE (2018-19): Cross Country - Competed in two races throughout the year...Placed 13th overall at the WSU Alumni Open (6k) with a time of 19:03.01, and placed 94th overall at the Inland Empire Challenge (8k) with a time of 26:29.0...Indoor - Saw action in four total meets, with one of his best finishes occuring at he Whitworth Twilight in the 1500-meter where he placed second with a time of 4:00.74...Zak also recorded another second place finish, this time in the 5000-meter run with a time of 16:04.75.

REDSHIRT FRESHMAN (2017-18): Cross Country - Redshirt season.

HIGH SCHOOL CAREER. Earned seven varsity letters from Lewis and Clark High School…three in cross country and four in track from coach Michael Lee…state cross country qualifier and Footlocker Regional Qualifier as a sophomore…junior year finished fourth at 4A WIAA 2015 State Cross Country Championships…finished first in NXR Northwest…finished 11th in Nike BorderClash 17…injury kept from competition most of 2016-17 cross country and track seasons.
