WSU CAREER:
SENIOR (2021-22): Cross Country- Opened the season with a career-best 14:08.9 4k time in the WSU Open (9/1)... Placed eighth in the WSU Cougar Classic (9/10) with a 21:17.4 and followed up with a career-best 21:15.5 in the Dellinger Invitational (9/23)... Placed 60th at the Pac-12 Championships with a 22:51.9 6k time and finished off her fall season and WSU career with a 21:44.6 to finish 93rd overall at the NCAA West Region Championships (11/12).

SENIOR (2020-21): Cross Country- Competed in three total events… Her highest finish was 20th with a time of 18:30.9 at the Idaho Orchards Invitational… She also ran at the Pac-12 Championships placing 82nd with a time of 22:19.60.

JUNIOR (2019-20): Cross Country - Competed in two events during the year...Richards ran at the Cougar Classic where she placed 48th overall with a time of 22:57.8...She also ran at the Sasquatch Invite, placing 11th overall with a time of 18:52.2... Indoor - Competed in two meets during the indoor season...Ran in the 3000-meter at the Idaho Open where she placed fourth overall with a time of 10:48.46...She also ran in the 3000m at the Idaho Team Challenge where she placed 11th.

SOPHOMORE (2018-19): Cross Country - Competed in three events during the season, with her best finish occurring at the Inland Empire Championships, placing 15th overall with a time of 18:06...Was selected to the Pac-12 All-Academic Honorable Mention team after posting a cumulative GPA of 3.40...

FRESHMAN (2017-18): Cross Country - At Inland Empire Championships finished fourth on team/41st overall.
 
HIGH SCHOOL CAREER: Earned eight varsity letters for Eastlake High School…four in track and three in cross country for coach Troy Anderson…one in soccer…on the track finished fourth at the 4A State Championship in the 3200m as a freshman…ninth at state sophomore year…finished first at NXR Northwest sophomore year…finished fourth in the 3200m at state junior year…in cross country finished 14th at 4A State meet sophomore year…improved to 10th junior year.
 
PERSONAL: Born July 1999, in Kirkland, Washington…father Calvin is a facility manager…mother Rumi is an accountant…older sister Mia…enjoys playing ukulele and art…involved in National Honors Society and Science NHS…plans to study sport science at WSU.
