R-JUNIOR (2021):
Cross Country - Returned to competition after forgoing the Spring 2021 season in the WSU Open (9/1) where he placed 15th in the men's 6k at 20:41.5... Finished the WSU Cougar Classic men's 8k in 26:36.5 (50th) and the Inland Empire Championships 8k in 26:27.0 (60th).

JUNIOR (2020-21): Did not compete.

SOPHOMORE (2019): Cross Country- Competed in four races including the Bill Dellinger Invitational and the Sasquatch Invite where he placed 31st overall with a time of 26:34.6  

FRESHMAN (2018): Cross Country - Ran in two total races during the year, with his best finish occurring at the Inland Empire Championships in 33rd place (25:17)...

HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered all four years in track and cross country at Eastlake High School at Sammamish, Wash…named a scholar athlete three consecutive years…as a freshman, named rookie of the year for both track and cross country…as a junior, qualified individually for state in cross country and as a team for track in the 4x400m…qualified for Nike Cross Nationals after receiving first team honors at the Nike Cross Regionals…as a senior, named first team all King County, first team state.
