Cougars Unveil Made of Crimson Campaign

| By:
PULLMAN, Wash. (June 14, 2025) – Washington State Athletics unveiled its Made of Crimson campaign Saturday in advance of the 2025 Cougar Football season. The campaign focuses on the pride and passion Cougar fans have for Washington State Football.

"The goal of the campaign is to reemphasize that Washington State Athletics and Cougar Football are national brands, said Assistant Athletic Director of Marketing and Fan Experience Miranda Fernandez. "In the ever-changing world of college athletics, Cougar Pride has never wavered, and we are providing an outlet for fans to show that pride through this social campaign.

"It is also an effort to reengage with those fans who haven't been to a Cougar Football game in recent years and remind them of what they are missing," Fernandez added.

Beginning this week, the campaign will include social posts, videos and correspondence to current and former season ticket holders reflecting on the great history of Cougar Football but also focusing on what lies ahead. The best of Cougar Football is yet to come and under first-year Head Coach Jimmy Rogers, fans won't want to miss a moment of the upcoming season. The goal of the campaign is to reach 1,000 new season tickets for 2025.

During the last week of July, current season ticket holders will receive instructions on how to participate in the social movement. On July 30, fans should take a photo of themselves wearing crimson or holding their Coug flag while posting it to social media using #MadeofCrimson, showing the best logo in college athletics and emphasizing that Cougs are everywhere.
