PULLMAN, Wash. – Seven Washington State soccer student-athletes earned West Coast Conference All-Academic Honorable Mention, the organization announced, Nov. 15. The group recognition marked the most academic honors for the Cougar soccer team since nine Cougars were named to the 2021 Pac-12 All-Academic Fall Honor Roll.
Naomi Clark, Reagan Kotschau, Grayson Lynch, Peyton Price, Megan Santa Cruz, Reese Tappan, and Alena Watts each picked up academic recognition for their performance in the classroom. Lynch, a sixth-year senior, marked the only returning academic winner, having earned honors in 2022 and 2021.
To be eligible for academic recognition, a student-athlete must maintain a 3.5 GPA and contribute significantly to the athletic performance of the team.
