WILMINGTON, Del. (June 6, 2024) – Washington State Rowing had 11 named 2024 National Scholar-Athlete by the Collegiate Rowing Coaches Association (CRCA) Thursday afternoon.
Fifth-year seniors Eliza Dawson (Exercise and Health Biology/Sports Coaching) and Ella Greenslade (Digital Technology and Culture, Advertising), seniors Eleanor Curtright (Civil Engineering), Ainsley Tiernan (Finance/Kinesiology-Sport Management) and Sydney Wick (Psychology), juniors Fiona Elliott (Biology), Hannah Elliott (Biology), Isabella Jachymek (Economics, Policy and Law), Izabela Janecek (Psychology) and Tannith Johnson (Philosophy), and sophomore Natalie Spring (Civil Engineering) were named to the 2024 CRCA Scholar-Athlete list.
It is the third CRCA Scholar-Athlete selection for Greenslade, Tiernan and Wick, and the second selection for Curtright, F. Elliott, H. Elliott, Jachymek and Janecek. It is the first-ever CRCA Scholar-Athlete honor for Dawson, Johnson and Spring.
