PULLMAN, Wash. (April 4, 2024) – Washington State Women's Basketball senior Beyonce Bea was named CSC Academic All-District by the College Sports Communicators.

Bea boasts a 4.00 GPA as a post-baccalaureate psychology major while having started 31 games this season. She averaged 6.2 points, 6.8 rebounds and 1.5 assists per game, while shooting at a team-high 51.1 percent clip from the field.

After previously having played four years at Idaho where she cemented herself as one of the greatest players in program history, she continued to add to her resume this year in Pullman, reaching the 2,000-career point mark, and surpassing 1,000 career rebounds.

Washington State finished the season 21-15 overall and 7-11 in Pac-12 play, reaching the 20-win mark for the second consecutive year under Head Coach Kamie Ethridge, and third time in program history. The Cougs earned a No. 1 seed in the inaugural WBIT for a fourth-straight postseason appearance, winning three games before their tournament run ended in the semifinals at the hands of Illinois.
