FEDERAL WAY, Wash. (February 23, 2023) – Washington State Women's swimming recorded three Top-10 times and 13-lifetime bests on the second day of the 2023 Pac-12 Conference Championships at Weyerhaeuser King County Aquatic CenterÂ

During day two the Cougs competed in the 500 free, 200 IM, and 200 free relays and WSU closed out the first night with 153 points.
Noelle Harvey kickstarted the morning strong in the 500 free qualifying for the evening finals. During the finals, she beat her 500 free time top-10 time to remain third all-time best at 4:47.15. Harvey secured second place in the "C' final to earn seven points for the Cougs.Â

Lauren Wille also claimed a spot in the Pac-12 finals and recorded the eighth-best time in WSU's 500 free history, touching the wall at 4:50.96. During the evening finals, she improved her score to 4:48.96 moving up to fourth all-time best.Â

Following the 500 free's success,
Emily Lundgren moved up to sixth all-time in the 200 IM clocking in at 2:01.63 qualifying her for the evening finals. Â

Selena Duran had a powerful swim in the 50 free and moved to tenth on the WSU Top-10-time list with a time of 23.16.Â

The Cougs will return Friday for day three of the championships to compete in the 400 IM, 100 fly, 200 free, 100 breast, and 100 back.Â
