Starting Five
>> Washington State heads to Corvallis with an 11-4 overall record and a 1-3 mark in Pac-12 Conference play. The Cougars are coming off a 66-52 win over Washington this past Sunday, Jan. 8, at Beasley Coliseum. The Cougars had two players put up a 20-point performance in the victory over the Huskies, as junior Charlisse Leger-Walker led all scorers with 26 points, while senior Bella Murekatete recorded 20 points.

>> Friday's matchup will be the 93rd meeting between Washington State and Oregon State. It is the second-longest-running annual series for the Cougars against one team, as the first game was played back on Feb. 7, 1975. The Beavers hold the all-time series lead at 59-33, though Washington State has each of the last three games. The last time the two met in Corvallis, the Cougs walked out of Gill Coliseum with a 77-75 double-overtime victory.

>> Junior Charlisse Leger-Walker enters the weekend as the Pac-12's leading scorer at 21.5 points per game. The guard from Waikato, New Zealand has been even more impressive in Conference play, as Leger-Walker is averaging a league-best 33.0 points per contest in Pac-12 games this season.

>> The Cougars have proven to be battle-tested on the road this season, as Washington State is 4-1 in true road contests. WSU will be seeking its third-straight road win this Friday at Oregon State after picking up victories at Texas A&M-Corpus Christi and at Houston prior to the holiday break.
