Noelle Harvey set a pair of Top-10 times on opening day of the CSCAA National Invitational Championships Thursday.

The Cougars finished the first day with 64 points, good for No. 11 out of the 36 competing teams.

In the opening event, Harvey opened the 200 freestyle relay with a 23.18 in the 50 free, the eighth-fastest 50 free time in program history as the relay team finished No. 11.

Later in the evening, sophomore
Hailey Grotte placed ninth in the 50 breast with a 28.72 and Harvey added another WSU Top-10 time with a 54.67 in the 100 back to lead off the 400 medley relay, the fifth-fastest 100 back time in program history.
