PULLMAN, Wash. – The Pac-12 Conference announced tipoff times and TV designations, Thursday, for the Washington State men's basketball upcoming 2022-23 schedule. The Cougars will play 10 games across the ESPN networks, and four additional games on FS1 as part of the upcoming campaign.
Washington State's home opener against Texas State, Monday, Nov. 7 will tip off at 4:30 p.m. with coverage on the Pac-12 Network. The Cougars will play four nonconference games on the conference's network, including a 6 p.m. tipoff against Eastern Washington, Nov. 21 at Spokane Arena. In addition, WSU hosts Detroit, Nov. 25, for a Black Friday tipoff scheduled at 1 p.m. and concludes the nonconference home schedule Dec. 7, hosting Northern Kentucky at 6 p.m.
The Cougars will begin the conference slate with a pair of early December conference games. Prior to completing its nonconference schedule, Wazzu will travel to Eugene, Thursday, Dec. 1 to face Oregon at 7:30 p.m. on Pac-12 Network. The Cougs will return to Pullman to host Utah in a Sunday matinee, Dec. 4 at 1 p.m. at Beasley Coliseum in the conference home-opener.
After closing out their nonconference schedule hosting Northern Kentucky, and participating in three neutral site events, the Cougs will restart conference play Friday, Dec. 30, hosting UCLA at 8 p.m. After celebrating the New Year, WSU welcomes USC, Sunday, Jan. 1 for a New Year's Day tipoff scheduled for 12 p.m. Both contests will be televised on the Pac-12 Network.
Entering the first week of January, Washington State will travel to Arizona to face the Sun Devils in Tempe, Thursday, Jan. 5 at 5 p.m. and the Wildcats in Tucson, Saturday, Jan. 7 at 2 p.m. with coverage on the Pac-12 Network.
WSU returns to the Palouse to host the Bay Area schools. California travels to Beasley Coliseum for a Wednesday, Jan. 11 matchup, which will be televised on ESPN2 or ESPNU. Tipoff is scheduled for 8 p.m. The Cougs welcome Stanford on Saturday, Jan. 14 for a 5 p.m. tipoff on Pac-12 Network.
The Cougars' third conference road swing has them visiting Utah and Colorado. Wazzu will visit Salt Lake City, Thursday, Jan. 19 for a matchup with the Utes at 6 p.m. PT on Pac-12 Network, followed by a trip to Boulder, Colo., to face the Buffs, Sunday, Jan. 22 at 3 p.m. with national coverage on ESPNU.
WSU concludes the month with its second matchup against the Arizona schools and a pair of nationally-televised home games. First, the Cougs will appear on FS1, welcoming Arizona, Thursday, Jan. 26 at 8 p.m. Arizona State travels to Beasley Coliseum, Saturday, Jan. 28 for a 5 p.m. game on ESPNU.
