Dwain Bradshaw, Head Football Strength and Conditioning Coach
"In the short time I've known Dwain, he transformed our strength and conditioning program and helped us to a 10-win season," Rolovich said. "He uses cutting-edge training techniques and coaches in the upper echelon in terms of energy and care for the development of student-athletes."
Bradshaw worked the past season as the Director of Football Athletic Performance for coach Rolovich at Hawai'i, helping UH to a 10-5 mark and Hawaii Bowl win over BYU. Bradshaw's performance system consists of movement, strength/power, and mental conditioning – all of which are collectively integrated for the enhancement of each position group and athlete individually.Â
Prior to Hawai'i, Bradshaw worked as the assistant strength and conditioning coach at Texas Tech University from the 2018 season under now Arizona Cardinals head coach Kliff Kingsbury. He spent 2018 as the Director of Multi-directional Movement for the Red Raider Football team while also specializing in the training of defensive backs.
Before working at Texas Tech, Bradshaw was a strength & conditioning coach at the University of Southern California where he helped the Trojans win the 2017 Pac-12 Conference Championship and play in the Cotton Bowl.
Bradshaw began his professional career in 2014 as a sports performance intern at his alma mater, Arizona State University, where he also played safety and linebacker. Bradshaw later became a graduate assistant at Auburn University (2015-17). His primary roles at Auburn were working with defensive backs and assisting in the indoctrination of incoming freshman Stage-0 athletes. Bradshaw also assisted the athletic trainers in the athlete reconditioning and return to play program. He was a key contributor in the development of second-round draft picks running back Kerryon Johnson and defensive back Jamel Dean.
Bradshaw holds certifications for CSCCA-SCCC (Strength & Conditioning College Coach), NSCA-CSCS (Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist), USAW Lv1 (USA Weight Lifting), FMS Lv1 (Functional Movement Screen), MAT Jump Start (Muscle Activation Techniques).
Bradshaw received his bachelor's degree in exercise and wellness at Arizona State University and his master's degree in adult education & leadership at Auburn University. He is a native of Chino Hills, Calif.

Jason Cvercko, Chief of Staff
"Jason has been my right-hand man for a long time now, he's a team-first guy and I am very excited he will be joining us in Pullman!" Rolovich said. "Jason provides us with great organizational skills and a solid vision for our staff. He has excellent communication skills and will develop great relationships with everybody on campus, in the community and within the athletic department."
Cvercko worked the past four seasons including the last two years in the same role for coach Rolovich at Hawai'i, helping UH to back-to-back winning seasons, including a 10-5 mark and Hawaii Bowl win over BYU in 2019. Cvercko made the move to Hawaii after one season as the coordinator of recruiting operations at the University of Nevada, where he worked alongside then-offensive coordinator
Nick Rolovich, assisting a program that won the inaugural Arizona Bowl in 2015.
Prior to Nevada, Cvercko served as the director of football operations at Stony Brook University for three years (2012-14) and played a key role on the 2012 Big South Championship team that gave the Seawolves its second Division I Football Championship appearance and assisted the program in its move to the Colonial Athletic Association (CAA).
