PULLMAN, Wash. – After posting a 12-win regular season the Washington State soccer team is to find out where it slots in the 2019 NCAA Tournament. The team will host a watch party, Monday, Nov. 11 for the NCAA Tournament Selection Show and will open it to all fans interested in joining the team to experience the live broadcast. The watch party will take place in the Camp Room on the second floor of the Athletic Department in Bohler. The show is scheduled to go live at 1:30 p.m. (PT)
The Cougars have gone dancing each of the last two seasons, advancing to the second round in each year and the sweet 16 in 2017. Last year, WSU earned a home game in the first round, dismantling Montana, 5-1, before bowing out of the tournament in a 1-0 loss to No. 2 Georgetown in Washington D.C. This season, the Cougars produced 12 wins, matching their regular season win total from a the year prior and two shy of the program record for victories. Senior Morgan Weaver led team with 11 goals on the year while defensively the Cougars came up with seven shutouts.
 The 2019 DI women's soccer tournament kicks off the weekend of Nov. 15-17. Second and third rounds continue the following weekend from Nov. 22-24. The four national semifinalists will be determined in the quarterfinals on Nov. 29-30.
The College Cup will be held at Avaya Stadium in San Jose, California on Friday, Dec. 6 and Sunday, Dec. 8. It will consist of the four quarterfinal winners.Â
