PULMAN, Wash. – Washington State tennis defeated Colorado 4-0 Sunday morning to give
Lisa Hart her 200th win as the Cougars head coach. The victory improved the Cougars' record to 19-2 overall, 4-1 in Pac-12 play. The match started with WSU capturing the opening doubles point, winning at both No. 2 and No. 3. In singles action, freshman
Michaela Bayerlova continued her strong season with a 6-2, 6-1 win over Linda Huang at No. 1, improving to 24-2 on the year.
Guzal Yusupova increased the lead to 3-0 with a 6-4, 6-4 win at No. 3 before
Tiffany Mylonas clinched the win with a 7-6, 6-2 win at No. 3. The remaining matches were stopped once the team victory was secure. The 19 wins matches a program best, in 1994 and in 2012 under Hart.

"I continue to be impressed with the level of focus and determination our team plays with. From the start of the match, we played aggressive, smart tennis. Colorado is a strong team and we were able to start fast and then finish strong. Any time you come away with a weekend sweep in the Pac-12 it is satisfying. We will enjoy this win today and then turn our attention to the Arizona schools starting Monday. Go Cougs!"
