SEATTLE - Senior Bree Wanderscheid came up with her best-ever finish at the Pac-12 Championships as the fourth-year Coug ended her career with a 15th place finish in Seattle Tuesday. Wanderscheid marked her lowest round of the tournament on the final day, putting up a 71(-1) to close out the week with a 220(+4) overall. Wanderscheid sat tied for 24th following the second round, but came up with five birdies in the third to go one under and jump up nine positions.

"I am proud of how the team played this week," said head coach Kelli Kamimura. "The team has worked hard all season on their mental and physical games and it was exciting to see the way they bounced back from adversity this week. Broadmoor Golf Club was a true test of golf and they fought for every stroke until the very end of the Championship. Overall,  it has been a solid season for the program and the improvements made this year mentally and physically have been instrumental for the future of the program.

"It was exciting to see Bree play so well in her last event as a Coug," continued Kamimura. "She has meant so much to the program and it was awesome for her to finish her college career with such great play.  Madison played solid this week and I am proud of her dedication to being the best she can be."

Junior Madison Odiorne joined Wanderscheid in the top-20, closing out the day with a 79(+7). Odiorne tied for 20th place with a three round score of 221(+5).
