PULLMAN, Wash. – Washington State football opened the 2017 season with a helmets-only practice on Rogers Field and Martin Stadium Wednesday afternoon.

The Cougars will practice in Pullman again Thursday at 2 p.m. before heading to Sacajawea Junior High School in Lewiston, Idaho, Friday, Aug. 4. WSU will spend a week in Lewiston, similar to past seasons under Coach Leach.
