CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. – Three Washington State women's golfers were named 2016-17 Women's Collegiate Golf (WCG) All-American Scholars, the organization announced Wednesday.

Junior Alivia Brown, sophomore Madison Odiorne and freshman Elodie Bridenne each picked up the honor, which went to a total of 952 women's collegiate golfers. Student-athletes must have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.50 to qualify.

Odiorne (Bend, Ore.) earned Pac-12 All-Academic second team honors in May, while Brown (Gig Harbor, Wash.) was an honorable mention. Bridenne (Rennes Cedex, France) was not eligible for Pac-12 All-Academic honors as a freshman this year. This is the third-straight WCG All-American Scholar honor for Brown, and the second for Odiorne, as both picked up the honors last season.
