Why Do You Love Soccer?
I love the butterflies I get before a big game. I love the feeling of satisfaction and relief when the ball hits the back of the net. I love winning a tackle and starting a big play. I love lacing up my cleats and knowing I'm about to play. I love playing outside and being able to run for a purpose. I love my teammates, who know me better than I know myself. I don't love losing but I have learned to love my past losses, for they have only made me better. I love the entire game of soccer so I I'll stop here haha.
What made you want to be a Coug?
The small town of Pullman reminds me of my current small home town of Monument. WSU has incomparable school spirit. It's soccer program is one I've only dreamed of being a part of. On my first visit everyone was so welcoming and pleasant that it made me feel like WSU was where I belonged. I also look good in crimson.
What do you hope to get out of your time at Washington State?
I'm hoping for life long friends, an education to get me started with a future career, and a new level of soccer that I'll only love.
Who inspired you athletically to pursue your collegiate dreams?
My Parents. They're always so impactful and supportive of me with anything that I do or want to do. I wanted to make them proud of not only myself, but also in themselves for being such great parents.
