SAN DIEGO – The Washington State football team spent Sunday visiting the world-famous San Diego Zoo followed by another practice in preparation for the 2016 National Funding Holiday Bowl against Minnesota, Tuesday, Dec. 27.

Washington State players and coaches spent a few hours at the zoo Sunday, with a small group getting the opportunity to feed the giraffes at one point. The Cougars followed that with their fourth practice since arriving in San Diego.

The Cougars will attend the Holiday Bowl luncheon Monday before a final walk-thru in preparation for the game against Minnesota.
Tuesday's Holiday Bowl against Minnesota is scheduled for a 4 p.m. start and will be televised by ESPN.
