PULLMAN, Wash. – The Washington State volleyball coaching staff and players will conduct a series of four Little Spikers one-hour clinics this fall for girls and boys ages 5 through 10.
These clinics introduce the Little Spikers participants to the basic volleyball fundamentals of passing, setting, and hitting using a special lightweight ball. Instruction is designed for every level of Little Spiker to learn in a fun environment and get to know the Cougar players.
The clinics will run from 10 to 11 a.m. in Bohler Gym during the following Saturday mornings: Sept. 26, Oct. 17, Oct. 31, and Nov. 14. The clinic's $30 registration fee pays for all four clinics, a Little Spikers T-shirt, participant prizes and free admission to all WSU volleyball home Pac-12 matches.
The Little Spikers will demonstrate their skills and receive recognition for their hard work at Little Spiker Day, Sunday Nov. 15, at 11 a.m., between sets two and three of the Washington State versus Stanford volleyball match.
