SENIOR (2004-05): Cross Country - Top WSU finisher at Idaho Jamboree (9/3/04, Moscow) in 12th place...44th overall and fourth Cougar across the line at Pac-10 Championships (10/30/04, San Francisco)...at NCAA West Regional (11/13/04, Fresno) finished 77th overall and fourth on team...earned Pac-10 All-Academic honorable mention honors.
JUNIOR (2003-04): Cross Country - Scored in five out six meets this season but had a roller coaster season...finished 12th at the Idaho Jamboree and sixth at the Cougar Invite...at Pac-10 Championships (11/1/03, Pullman) finished 54th overall and sixth on team...ran to 93rd finish (fourth on team) at NCAA West Regional (11/15/03, Portland)...Indoor - Ran top mile time on team, a PR of 5:00.06i in the prelims at MPSF Championships (2/26/04, Seattle)...at same meet ran third on DMR team that finished sixth in 12:03.30i...Outdoor - Bettered 800m PR time to 2:15.75 (4/24/04, Pullman)...dropped her 3k time the next week to 10:42.00.

FRESHMAN (2001-02): Cross Country - Finished 53rd (seventh on team) at Pac-10 Championships...122nd (seventh on team) at NCAA West Regional Meet...Indoor -Ran a 2:17.25i in the 800m at McDonald's Last Chance (3/2/02, Moscow)...also clocked in with a 5:13.81i mile (2/16/02, Moscow)...Outdoor - Opened season with an 800m time of 2:18.69 at Los Angeles (3/16/02)...best 1500m time of 4:50.49 (3/29/02, Stanford).

Earned 11 letters at Oak Harbor High, four in track for coach Seth Hodges, four in soccer for coach Guy Barber, and three in basketball for coach Dwight Lundstrom...captain of track and basketball teams as a senior...MVP of track team during junior and senior seasons...set school record with 2.14.61 time in 800m...set school record in 4x400 relay, finishing third in state as senior...sixth in state 800m as senior...WESCO long jump champion as junior...fourth place finish in state 800m as junior...joined father and sister on OHHS Wall of Fame...first team All-WESCO soccer selection as a senior...all-region selection by Everett Herald '00.
