PERSONAL: Samantha Hoeper...born in February of 1990...father Pavi works as a Boeing supervisor...mother Christy is a home care aid...brother Thomas...member of the WSU resident hall government as a floor sponsor for one semester and as president for one year ...member of the WSU marching band for two years...majoring in anthropology with a minor in history at Washington State.
