JUNIOR (2016-17): Indoor - Ran PR in 60m dash of 6.88i at Kirby Invite (2/11/17, Albuquerque)…at MPSF Championships finished 17th in 60m dash in 7.00i…Outdoor - Fastest times of season were 10.67 in 100m and 21.53 in 200m at Cougar Invite…at Pac-12 Championships finished 22nd in 100m (10.98), ran lead leg on third-place 4x100m relay (40.36)…at NCAA West Region 4x100m relay ran season-best 40.20 for 20th.
 
SOPHOMORE (2015-16): Breakthrough year with PRs in all events…Indoor - Ran PR time of 6.93i at Don Kirby Elite (2/13/16, Albuquerque)…at MPSF Championships place 17th in 60m (6.94i) and ninth in 200m (21.88i)…Outdoor - Had two PRs at WSU - UW Dual Meet (4/23/16, Pullman) with 100m time of 10.58 for second place and 200m time of 21.44 for third place…at Pac-12 Championships placed 11th in 100m (10.65) and 10th in 200m (21.66)…as member of 4x100m relay, squad ran season-best time of 40.17 at WSU-UW Dual, 40.41 for third in prelims at Pac-12 Championships but DQ’d in final for passing out of exchange zone, and then did not finish at NCAA West Prelims due to dropped baton.
 
FRESHMAN (2014-15): Indoor - Collegiate debut in 60m dash was at Cougar Indoor with time of 6.98i (2/7/15, Pullman)…at Mountain Pacific Sports Federation Championships ran 60m in 7.01i (18th) and 200m in 22.23i (17th)…Outdoor - Individual sprint PRs came at WSU-UW Dual meet (5/2/15, Seattle)…100m time of 10.69 and 200m time of 22.09…ran third leg of best Cougar 400m relay time of season - 40.87 at Cougar Invitational (4/25/15, Pullman).
 
HIGH SCHOOL CAREER. Earned two varsity letters at Olympic High School in track and field for coach Gregg Chapman…three-time Olympic League champion in the 100m dash and one-time winner, once runner-up in 200m…at state 2A championships was three-time runner-up in 100m dash with PR time of 10.64 in senior final…at state meet in 200m finished fourth as sophomore, runner-up as junior and won title as senior with PR time of 21.59…also anchored winning 4x100m relay to state title in 2014 with time of 42.46…at BorderDuel meets, as sophomore won 100m and took eighth in 200m; as junior took third in 100m and second in 200m…running for the Kitsap Fliers Track Club, at 2013 USATF Junior Olympic in Greensboro, NC, ran 100m dash with prelim time of 10.66w, semifinal time of 10.77 and final time of 10.78 for seventh place…named All-America.
 
PERSONAL. Born in July 1996, in Oak Harbor, Washington…parents Stephen and Karen Smith…older sibling Megan competed in rowing at University of Washington…majoring in criminal justice at WSU.
