Connor Hartley

Connor Hartley is a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) and joined the Cougars in the Fall of 2022 as Washington State Athletics' Mental Health Counselor after most recently working as a sports psychologist through his private practice, PNW Resilience.

Hartley received his bachelor's degree from Loyola Marymount University where he graduated in 2015.  Following his undergrad, Hartley earned a master's in counseling psychology with a focus in sport psychology from Boston University, graduating in 2018 with a master's in education (M.Ed).  While pursuing his master's degree,  Hartley worked with Boston University student-athletes and also spent time working at the Wentworth Institute of Technology.

Upon graduation from his master's program, Hartley opened his private practice, PNW Resilience, and went on to work with individual collegiate and competitive youth athletes from various sports including University of Puget Sound men's basketball, Ballard High School soccer, Chief Sealth soccer, and Graham-Kapowsin High School basketball among others.  Hartley ran a mental skills group through PNW Resilience and has previously worked in community mental health, doing counseling in-home with high-risk, low-income adults.

A native of Tacoma, Wash., Hartley now resides in Pullman.
