WSU CAREER. JUNIOR (2015-16): Indoor - Soared to a PR height of 1.79m/5-10 1/2i to win the MPSF Championships high jump title (2/27/16, Seattle)…also placed third in the triple jump at the MPSF with a PR leap of 12.55m/41-2 1/4i which is 10th-best in WSU all-time records…Outdoor - Best triple jump of the season was 12.47m/40-11 at WSU-UW Dual…high jumped 1.75m/5-8 3/4 at Sun Angel Classic…at Pac-12 Championships was runner-up in high jump (1.5m/5-8 3/4) and 12th in the triple jump (11.78m/38-7 3/4)…at NCAA West Prelims, finished 27th in the high jump (1.71m/5-7 1/4) and 33rd in the triple jump (12.38m/40-7 1/2).

SOPHOMORE (2014-15): Indoor - Best high jump of season was 1.73m/5-8i at UW Invite…scored at Mountain Pacific Sports Federation Championships with fifth-place in high jump (1.71m/5-7 1/4i) and also triple jumped 11.58m/38-0i for 15th…Outdoor - Tripled jump PR of 12.29m/40-4 at Jim Bush Collegiate (3/24/15, Los Angeles)…at Pac-12 Championships finished ninth in high jump (1.72m/5-7 3/4) and 13th in triple jump (11.75m/38-6 3/4)…at NCAA West Region Prelims high jumped 1.68m/5-6 (33rd).

PRE-WSU CAREER. FRESHMAN (2013-14): Competed at Vanguard University (Costa Mesa, California) for coach Bob Wilkins…Indoor: Team won the 2014 NAIA Indoor Championship...broke school’s indoor records in triple jump at 37-3 3/4i, and in the pentathlon with 3,113 points…earned two NAIA Indoor All-America awards for fourth place triple jump (11.75m/38-6 3/4) and seventh place high jump (1.68m/5-6) finishes...Outdoor - Injured and did not compete.

HIGH SCHOOL CAREER. Earned seven varsity letters at Kelso High School…three letters as an outside hitter/middle blocker for volleyball coach Abby Guttormsen…four letters as a sprinter/jumper for track coach Joe Krieder…2013 state 3A champion in the high jump (5-6), runner-up in the triple jump (38-5 1/2), and third place in the long jump (17-10 1/4)…Kelso girls team finished fourth at state…named All-Greater St. Helens League first team in 2013…as a junior at 2012 state meet, won the triple jump and finished third in high jump and fourth in long jump…other state meet finishes include: sixth in 2010 high jump, fifth in 2011 triple jump, sixth in 2011 high jump and eighth in 2011 long jump…high school PRs were 1.71m/5-7 1/2 in the high jump, 5.68m/18-8 in the long jump and 12.17m/39-1 1/2 in the triple jump…was named most valuable jumper all four years of high school…holds four high school track and field records.

PERSONAL. Born in December 1994, in Longview, Washington…father Kenneth is a real estate agent…mother Tracy is a physical education instructor…fourth of eight children: Ken Jr., Kelsie, Kayla, Keenan, Kennedy, Kyler, and Kenya…sister Kayla also attends WSU…enjoys piano and music…majoring in general studies at WSU.
