JUNIOR (2017-18): Cross Country - At Nuttycombe Invitational finished fourth on team/ 104th overall...at Pac-12 Championships finished 33rd in scoring/34th overall/third on team...at NCAA West Region Championships finished seventh on team/114th overall...at NCAA Championships finished seventh on team/247th overall…named to the Pac-12 Cross Country All-Academic First Team for the second consecutive year.
 
SOPHOMORE (2016-17): Cross Country - Finished Sundodger 18th overall/9th on team...at Washington Invite 19th overall/1st on team...at Inland Empire Championships finished third overall/second on team...at Pac-12 Championships eighth on team/46th overall...named to the 10-member Pac-12 Cross Country All-Academic First Team…Outdoor - Ran 10,000m PR at Mt. SAC Relays (4/15/17, Norwalk) with a time of 30:46.81…at UW vs. WSU Dual (4/23/17, Seattle) ran 3000m PR and finished seventh with a time of 8:43.79.
 
FRESHMAN (2015-16): Cross Country - Finished 17th overall at Clash of Inland NW 6k in time of 18:33.1...eighth Cougar and 24th overall finisher at Sundodger 8k in time of 25:26.73...at Washington Invite, final scorer on team and 61st overall in 8k time of 24:17.3...at Inland Empire Challenge finished eighth (24:47)...at Pac-12 Championships was fifth scorer, 46th overall in time of 24:35.3...at NCAA West Regionals sixth on team, 95th overall in 10k time of 33:03.9...seventh on team and 223rd overall at NCAA Championships (32:27.6)…Indoor - Ran PR mile time of 4:23.98i Cougar Indoor (2/6/16, Pullman)…top mile time of 4:23.98i came at UW Invite (1/29/16, Seattle)…Outdoor - At Cougar Invite ran PR time in 1500m of 4:00.06 and 800m time of 2:09.20 (4/30/16, Pullman)…top 3000m steeplechase time of 9:34.40 was at Jim Bush Invite (3/22/16, Los Angeles).

Earned eight varsity letters at Lake City High School…four in cross country for coach Heather Harmon-Reed…four in track for coach Kelly Reed…finished fourth at 2014 state 5A cross country championships after previous finishes of fifth and 32nd…qualified for Nike Cross Nationals….finished 20th in 800m and 10th in 400m for BorderDuel Track Classic in Portland, Ore…ran 5k PR of 15:36.40 in eighth-place finish at Bob Firman 2015 Invitational….ran 1600m PR of 4:24.46 during senior season…won Pasco Invitational 800m with PR and school record time of 1:55:42 as a junior…ran 400m PR of 50.23…ran first leg of state champion 4x400m relay…finished 11th in state 5A track for 3200m after previous finishes of seventh and eighth…named Idaho Hall of Fame boys cross country athlete of the year.

Born in May 1997, in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho…father Fred is a boat builder…mother Diane is a secretary….older brother Matthew and older sister Katelyn….home-schooled and competed for Lake City High School…National Merit Scholar…graduated from North Idaho College with an Associate of Science degree in May 2015…enjoys water and snow sports…majoring in mathematics at WSU.
