WSU CAREER.JUNIOR (Winter 2008): Indoor - Ran a 400m dash time of 50.08 at the McDonald's Open in Moscow...SOPHOMORE (Spring 2008): Outdoor - Season-best 400m dash time of 49.90 at Sacramento State Nike Invite.

SOPHOMORE (Winter 2007): Indoor - Ran a PR time of 6.99i in the 60m at the Vandal Indoor (2/16/07, Moscow)...top 400m time was 50.15i...finished 10th in the 60m dash (7.03i) and ran lead leg of fifth-place 4x400m relay at MPSF Championships...

REDSHIRT FRESHMAN (Spring 2007): Outdoor - Top season time in 100m dash was 11.05 at Baldy Castillo Invite...also ran 400m dash time of 51.26 at Trojan Invite.

FRESHMAN (2005-06): Indoor - Ran a 60m dash time of 7.01i at WSU Open (1/21/06, Pullman)...clocked in a 400m dash time of 49.44i at McDonald's Collegiate (2/4/06, Moscow)...Outdoor - Struggled with injury...redshirt season.

HIGH SCHOOL CAREER. Earned nine letters at North Beach High...four as a basketball point guard for coach Larry Moore, one in cross country for coach Rick Leighty, and four in track for coach Denny Fry...served as basketball and track team captain both junior and senior years...named to All-Academic team five times...named team MVP five times...freshman year basketball team placed third in district and participated at state 1A...won state triple jump...earned coaches award...sophomore year named basketball third at district, played at state tournament...named All-Pacific League honorable mention...took third place in state 1A triple jump, eighth place in high jump...Distinguished Scholastic Award...as a junior set the school assists record in basketball...named all-league first team...best defensive player...in track won state 1A titles in 100m, 200m, and 400m...named Seattle Times Athlete of the Week...Sports Illustrated Faces in the Crowd...senior year finished 12th at state B cross country meet...first team all-league in basketball...selected to play in all-state basketball game...Distinguished Scholastic Award...in track finished second in 100m, 200m, 400m and triple jump at state B meet...named Daily World Athlete of the Year.
