WSU CAREER. SENIOR (2018-19): Indoor - Competed at both WSU home meets during the indoor season in the 800m seeing a 15th place finish at the WSU Indoor (2:31.93), and a 17th place finish at the Cougar Indoor (2:32.86)…Outdoor - Placed sixth overall at the Cougar Invite in the 800m with a time of 2:44.22.

JUNIOR (2017-18): Indoor - At the WSU Cougar Indoor was a member of the 4x400m relay squad that placed first overall with a time of 3:59.77, and went on to finish eighth individually in the 800m as well…Outdoor - Recorded a PR at the Spokane Memorial Meet in the 800m with a time of 2:27.49, and took seventh overall in the event.

SOPHOMORE (2016-17): Indoor - Had a season-best 800m time of 2:31.25i at Cougar Indoor (2/4/17, Pullman)…Outdoor - Did not compete.
 
FRESHMAN (2015-16): Cross Country - Finished 77th at Clash of Inland NW 4k with time of 18:56.5…Indoor - Redshirt season…Outdoor - Redshirt season.
 
HIGH SCHOOL CAREER. Earned six varsity letters at Redondo Union HS…three in cross country and three in track, all for coach Bob Letch…in cross country, sophomore year at Bay League Championships finished fifth in JV 3k race…Seahawks team was runner-up at the 2013 CIF Division II meet and placed third at the 2013 and 2014 California State meets…senior season XC team competed at the Nike PreNationals…at 2014 California Indoor State Championships, on winning 4x800m relay and finished fourth in 600m with time of 1:34.88i…during outdoor track, at Arcadia Invite, 4x800m relay finished second in 2014 and fourth in 2015…at Mt. SAC Relays 14th in invitational 800m as junior and on fifth-place 4x800m relay senior year…Bay League performances include junior year 4x400m relay champions and fifth place in 800m, and senior year seventh in 800m final…4x400m relay finished fifth at 2014 California State meet…senior year ran PR time in 800m of 2:17.15 at Distance Meet of Champions in Azusa.
