REDSHIRT JUNIOR (2018-19): Indoor - Earned three total victories in the weight throw during the indoor season, with her best win from the Bronco Invite with a mark of 56-8 (17.27m)...Competed at the MPSF Championships in the weight throw as well, finishing eighth with a lifetime best of 58-8 1/2 (17.89m)...Named to the MPSF All-Academic team…Outdoor - Earned multiple top five finishes during the outdoor season in the hammer throw...Saw her best mark of the season and of her career in the hammer throw at the NCAA West Region Prelim at 195-2 (59.50m)...Named to the Pac-12 All-Academic Honorable Mention team

REDSHIRT SOPHOMORE (2017-18): Indoor - Competed in six total meets during the indoor season...Saw her best mark in the weight throw at the New Mexico Team Invitational at 57-1 1/2 (17.41m)...Competed at the MPSF Championships in the weight throw as well, finishing 12th overall (55-6 1/4 / 16.92m)…Named to the MPSF All-Academic team...Outdoor - Totaled four individual wins in the hammer throw throughout the year, with her top mark occurring at the WSU vs. UW Duel at 184-1 (56.12m)...Threw at the Pac-12 Championships where she placed 11th overall in the hammer throw at 177-8 (54.16m).

REDSHIRT FRESHMAN (2016-17): Indoor - Threw PR in weight throw of 15.96m/52-4 1/2i for 20th at Mountain Pacific Sports Federation Championships (2/25/17, Seattle)…Outdoor - PR hammer throw of 54.53m/178-11 at Cougar Invite (4/29/17, Pullman)…mark is seventh-best in WSU all-time records…at Pac-12 Championships threw hammer 46.44m/152-4 for 16th…named to Pac-12 T&F All-Academic honorable mention team.
 
FRESHMAN (2015-16): Indoor - Redshirt season...competing unattached, tossed shot put 10.64m/34-11i at Vandal Indoor and had hammer throw of 14.36m/47-1 1/2i at WSU Open…Outdoor - Redshirt season…competed unattached…threw discus 34.08m/111-10 at Sam Adams Invite…top hammer throw of 44.30m/145-4 came at Cougar Invite (4/30/16, Pullman).
 
HIGH SCHOOL CAREER: Earned five varsity letters at Seattle’s Holy Names Academy…one letter as forward on basketball team…four letters on track team for coaches Cari Britt and Kurth Connel…sophomore season discus success included third in Metro League, runner-up at Sea-King District and ninth at state 3A championships…won team’s most improved award…as a junior, captured Metro and Sea-King District titles in shot put and discus…at state 3A meet placed 10th in discus and 11th in shot put…named team’s most improved…senior year threw shot put PR distance of 40-5…repeated as shot put and discus champion at Metro League and Sea-King District meets…at state 3A championships took third place in shot put and threw PR in discus of 133-9 for third place…selected team’s most improved again.
