Earned two varsity letter in football for head coach John Heffernan...also lettered in track and field...JUNIOR year team went 7-5, including a 5-1 mark in league play...reached the second round of the section playoffs...named first-team All-Metro League on the offensive line...registered 33 tackles and a sack from the defensive tackle position...named MVP of the All-Poly Camp in Utah prior to senior season...also captured league title in shot put...as a SENIOR team posted a 6-5 record, including a 6-1 mark in Metro League play...registered 73 tackles, including eight sacks...had season-best 12 tackles, along with four sacks, in 36-6 win over Valley...named to Sacramento Bee's All-Metro team...selected as first-team all-league and Metro League Lineman of the Year from his defensive tackle position...also received second-team All-Northern California honors...prior to season was named defensive tackle MVP at All-Poly camp.
