Attended Marysville-Pilchuck High School in Marysville, Wash….earned three varsity letters in football under coach Brandon Carson…helped the Tomahawks to first-place conference finish as a sophomore, junior and senior…as a SOPHOMORE, carried six times for 74 yards and one touchdown…also recovered two fumbles…as a JUNIOR, started the season at linebacker and tied for the most tackles…moved to running back midway through the season and rushed for 776 yards on 108 carries and scored eight touchdowns…also picked off two passes…voted Second Team All-Conference at running back…as a SENIOR, named Second Team All-State and First Team All-State at running back after rushing for 1,783 yards and 24 touchdowns on 188 carries…named First Team All-Conference at defensive back after tallying 50 tackles, three interceptions, three sacks and forced three fumbles…also earned four varsity letters in wrestling under coach Craig Iverson…placed at state all four years, winning the state title as a senior.
