Tristan White begins his first season on the Cougar Head Coach Jake Dickert’s staff as an assistant football strength and conditioning coach.
White arrived in Pullman having spent the past three years with the football program at Montana State. He began as a graduate assistant for the first two years before moving into a full-time role as the assistant director of football strength and conditioning in January of 2022.
White began in the field serving an internship with the University of Wyoming football programs in 2019 while finishing up his undergraduate degree in Kinesiology. He also holds a master’s of health science in community health from Montana State.
