Timothy Hicks begins his first season with the Cougars Football Staff as Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach.
Prior to joining Washington State University staff, Hicks worked as a Performance Director with world renowned Sports Performance Company “EXOS”. Working with over 100 athletes from the NFL, NBA, MLB, and college players prepping for NFL Combine, Hicks worked with numerous high-profile athletes such as; Super Bowl MVP Julian Edelman, Pro Bowler Richie Incognito, NBA Champion Pascal Siakam and US Open Champion Sloane Stephens. In his time working with athletes preparing for the NFL Combine, Hicks helped over 35 draft picks including 10 taken in the Top-10. Before joining EXOS, Hicks worked as an intern for the Tennessee Titans Baptist Sports Medicine.
Hicks holds certifications for NSCA-CSCS (Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist), FMS Lv1 (Functional Movement Screen), USATF (United States Track & Field).
Hicks received his bachelor’s degree in human performance sport science / athletic training and his master’s degree in exercise science / sports administration from Tennessee State University.
