WSU CAREER:
SENIOR (2023): Cross Country- Competed in three 8k events during the season...finished 53rd overall in the Cougar Classic Invitational (9/15/23) with a time of  26:32.5., followed by a 30th overall finish with a time of 25:54.9 in the Whitman College Invitational (9/30/23)...Finished the season with a time of 25:54.0 and a 65th overall finish in the LC State Invite (10/14/23). 

JUNIOR (2022): Cross Country- Finished 42nd at the LC State Invite with a 8k time of 26:27.0... Ran a season best 8k time of 25:56.7 at the Pac 12 Cross Country Championship.

SOPHOMORE (2021): Cross Country- Finished sixth at the WSU Open with a 6k time of 12:54.3... Ran an 8k time of 27:00.0 at the Inland Empire Championship... Indoor- Finished with a time of 4:33.30 in the mile at the Cougar Classic... Placed fourth in the 3000-meter run at the WSU Invitational with a time of 8:50.95... Clocked a personal-best in the 3000-meter run with a time of 8:38.36 at the Whitworth Invitational. Outdoor- Opened the outdoor season with a time of 4:06.90 at the Buc Scoring Meet & Multi... Came less than two seconds off of his personal-best time in the 1500m, placing tenth with a 4:03.89 at the Whitworth Peace Meet.

FRESHMAN (2020-21): Cross Country- Ran in the only event of the season, the Pac-12 Championship… finished 52^nd overall with a time of 25:05.1... Indoor- ran in three total meets… at the UW Preview ran a personal best 8:47.36 in the 3000m… he ran a personal best mile with a time of 4:18.98 at the Husky Classic to place seventh overall… Outdoor- Competed in five different meets all in the 1500m event… set a personal best 1500 at the UW v. WSU Dual with a time of 4:02.40.
