Track and Field Head Coach Rick Sloan was a special guest during Monday's Cougar Calls With Bill Moos show.
Sloan will retire from Washington State University at the end of the 2014 outdoor season. WSU hosts the Pac-12 Track and Field Championships this weekend at Mooberry Track on the WSU campus. Last weekend, the Pac-12 Multi Events Championships was held at Mooberry Track. WSU freshman Alissa Brooks-Johnson was the runner-up in the heptathlon.
In addition to Sloan, Baseball Head Coach Donnie Marbut also called in and Moos discussed Arizona Cardinals' first round selection Deone Bucannon and Buffalo Bills quarterback Jeff Tuel. Both Bucannon and Tuel are currently featured on the Cougar Athletic Fund website.
