As NLIs are faxed and approved by the Washington State University administration, live updates will be posted on this page throughout the day. The first Wednesday in February is the first day of the signing period for football players. High school student-athletes can fax their official National Letter of Intent to attend a certain school beginning that day. Don't be left out on Cougar Football history!
