SENIOR (2021-22): Indoor - Exhausted his NCAA track & field eligibility with one of his stongest indoor seasons to date that included four wins in the 60m hurdles and the fourth-fastest time all-time in the 60m hurdles to finish third at the Arkansas Qualifier (2/18) at 7.69... Match his 7.69 in both prelims and finals heats at the NCAA Indoor T&F Championships (3/11-12) to finish fifth in the nation in the event.
SENIOR (2020-21) Indoor- Competed in five meets… he won 60m hurdle at the UW Preview, the UW Invitational and the Texas Tech Matador Qualifier… at the NCAA Track and Field Championships he recorded a season best 7.79 in the 60 hurdles…
Outdoor- Competed in 10 meets during the season… at the USC Trojan Invitational took first in the 4x100m relay with a time of 40.61… he won the 110m hurdle at the  Hayward Premiere (13.88), the Rafer Johnson/ Jackie Joyner-Kersse Invitational (14.03), the Oregon Relays (14.33) and the Fresno St. West Coast Relays (14.01)… at the Pac-12 Championships he competed in two events, the 110m hurdles (13.99) placing fifth and the 4x100m relay (40.71) placing seventh… at the NCAA Division 1 West Preliminary Round he set a personal record in the 110m hurdle with a time of 13.70 placing 12th overall and at the NCAA Division I Track and Field Championships he placed 14th overall with a time of 13.82.
SENIOR (2019-20) Indoor- competed in 8 different meets… at the Bronco invitation won both the long jump with a season best 6.92m and the 60m hurdles with a time of 7.76… recorded his personal best 7.72 in 60m hurdle to win the Don Kirby Elite Invitational… he also won the 60m hurdle at MPSF Indoor Track & Field Championships with a time of 7.75.
JUNIOR (2018-19) Indoor- Competed in 5 events... at the Bronco Invite recorded his best long jump of the season at 6.69m / 22-6 1/2 and winning the event... recorded his personal best 60m hurdle with a time of 7.84 at the New Mexico Team Invitational... At the MPSF Indoor Track and Field Championships place third with a time of 7.96 in the 60m hurdle...
Outdoor- Competed in 8 events... recorded a personal best triple jump at 13.23m / 43-5 at the UW vs WSU Dual... recorded a personal best long jump at 7.30m / 23-11 1/2 at the Bryan Clay Invitational... At the NCAA Division I West Region Preliminary Rounds place sixth in the 110 hurdles with a personal best time of 13.86.
SOPHOMORE (2017-18): Indoor- Ran in only one indoor event... placed fourth in the 60m hurdles with a time of 8.24i at the Ed Jacoby Invitational...
Outdoor- ran a 15.19 in the 110m hurdles and recorded a 6.43m / 21-1 1/4 in the long jump at the Bryan Clay Invitational... at the Beach Pacific Coast Intercollegiate ran a 14.58 in the 110m hurdles for ninth... at the WSU-UW Dual recorded a 6.69m / 21-11 1/2 for his best jump of the year. Â
FRESHMAN (2016-17): Indoor - Ran the WSU Freshman Record in the 60m hurdles with a time of 7.93i at the New Mexico Team Invite (1/28/17, Albuquerque)...captured third place in the 60m hurdles (7.95i) at the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation Championships…Outdoor - Ran the 110m hurdles in a time of 14.10 at the UCLA Legends meet (4/1/17, Los Angeles)…top time in the 400m hurdles was 56.68 at WSU-UW Dual (4/23/17, Seattle)…at Pac-12 Championships took 14th in high hurdles (14.96w)…pulled up in 110m hurdles prelims at NCAA West Region.

HIGH SCHOOL CAREER: Earned nine letters at C
apital High School…two as a center/power forward for basketball coach Scott Moore…three as a wide receiver/safety in football for coach Todd Simis…four letters in track for coach Bryan Stith...in football two-time first team all-conference WIC as wide receiver…earned 5A all-state honors senior year...selected team’s offensive player of the year as senior after breaking the Capital HS record for receiving yards in a season…tabbed for the Shriner’s All-Star Football game…on the track, advanced to state meet as freshman and third in high hurdles at state 5A meet as sophomore…junior and senior seasons won six 5A state track championships: two-times in 110m hurdles and 300m hurdles, once in long jump and triple jump, both with PR marks of 22-4 and 46-8 1/4…state leader in 2016 for points scored by an individual at the Idaho 5A State Championships…three-time team’s male athlete of the year…NSCA High School All-American…at 2015 World Junior Olympics Trials (Chicago) placed sixth in 110m hurdles.
