Maggie Downing joined Washington State University Athletics in 2020 as a member of the Athletic Medicine team as an Assistant Athletic Trainer.

Downing is a current member of the National Athletic Trainer's Association and the Washington State Athletic Trainers' Association.

She earned her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Delaware (2013), and later completed her Master's Degree from Auburn University (2016).

Maggie is married to Andrew Downing, and together they have one cat, Khal, and one dog, Rainier.
