SENIOR (2024): Appeared in all 13 games, eight as a starter…made 49 tackles with one pass breakup…made four stops in season-opening win over Portland State…recorded four tackles in win over Texas Tech…had two stops in Apple Cup win over Washington…recorded four tackles at No. 25 Boise State…had two tackles and a pass breakup in win over Hawaii…recorded season-high seven tackles in win over Utah State…mad five stops at New Mexico and fie at Oregon State…matched season high with seven tackles against Wyoming…made seven tackles against No. 21 Syracuse in Holiday Bowl.

JUNIOR (2023): Saw action in eight games on season…made four tackles, three solo…had one tackle at UCLA, tow, both solo, against Arizona, and one at Oregon.

SOPHOMORE (2022): Appeared in all 13 games, mostly on special teams…appeared on special teams in season-opening win over Idaho…made one tackle in win at No. 19 Wisconsin…made one tackle on kickoff against No. 15 Oregon…shared one tackle and recovered a fumble against No. 14 Utah…made one stop in win at Stanford.

FRESHMAN (2021): Appeared in nine games...made eight tackles...recorded career-high 8 tackles against Utah State...appeared on special teams at Cal, Oregon State, Stanford, BYU, at Arizona State, at Oregon, Arizona, at Washington.

FRESHMAN (2020): Preferred walk on in the fall…appeared in three games, mostly on special teams…made collegiate debut on special teams in win at Oregon State…appeared on special teams at No. 20 USC…appeared on special teams and on defense at Utah.
 
HIGH SCHOOL
Attended Kamehameha Schools Kapalama High School…as a JUNIOR, named Hawaii state champion in track for 300m and 110m hurdles…as a SENIOR due to Covid-19 the season was cut.

Born in Honolulu, HI…parents, Pohai and Sam…brother Kaiwi Chung…sister Madison…parents, Pohai and Sam, are both city workers in Kaneohe, Hawaii…brother, Kaiwi Chung plays football for the University of Hawaii at Manoa…Tanner helped with the special Olympics in high school.
