Bailey White begins her second season on the Cougars’ creative staff and first as the Director of Creative Media. White joined the program in July, 2021 as the Director of Creative Video and was elevated to her current role in the spring of 2022.
As the director of creative branding, White oversees all aspects of Cougar Football’s creative and social strategy, including video, graphics and recruiting material.
White worked the 2020 season as a Creative Video Producer for the Air Force Academy Athletic Corporation where she directed and edited the intro-video for five varsity sports, led video creation for all ticketed sports and developed and executed videos for Air Force Football. White also helped lead the video coverage for the 2020 NHL Stadium Series hosted at Falcon Stadium.
White worked two seasons (2018-19) as a video producer at Middle Tennessee State where she created content for all varsity sports and served as the lead video editor for men’s basketball. Â
White played lacrosse at Radford University where she earned her bachelor’s degree in communications in 2018.
