Vince Penza begins his first season at Washington State as the special teams graduate assistant after a four-year playing career at the University of Toledo.
Penza punted for the Rockets from 2010-13, earning four varsity letters and helping Toledo to three straight bowl games while twice being named to the Ray Guy Award Watch List.
A native of Canfield, Ohio, Penza attended Youngstown Cardinal Mooney High School. He earned his bachelor’s degree in exercise science/pre-med from Toledo in 2014.
