Stacey Ford

Stacey Ford begins his second season on Head Coach Jake Dickert’s staff as the Cougars’ director of recruiting.
 
Ford arrived in Pullman having spent the previous three seasons as the assistant head coach and defensive coordinator at Warren High School in Los Angeles, Calif. He also served as the resident substitute teacher at the high school, performing instructional curriculum and classroom management for all subjects.
 
Previous coaching stops for Ford include working as a player personal scout intern during the summer of 2016 for the Oakland Raiders. There he was responsible for multiple player scouting reports, managed and updated departmental programs and databases, and assisted with life skills/education seminars and presentations. Later that fall, he served as linebacker coach at Cathedral High School.
 
Off the field, Ford has served as a behavior therapist for Autistic Learning.
 
Ford received his degree in psychology and a minor in business administration in 2016 from Tuskegee University, where he was an outside linebacker on the football team.
