Kaila Evenoff

Kaila Evenoff is in his first season on Head Coach Jake Dickert's staff as the Director of Alumni Relations.

Evenoff is no stranger to the Cougars as she joined Washington State in the Spring of 2015 as the Assistant Spirit Squad Coordinator/Head Dance Team Coach and in July of 2020 was named Director of Spirit Programs.

During her time with the Cougar spirit programs, Evenoff was been responsible for developing, organizing, and running all practices, games, clinics, and competition related events. This has resulted in the success of the WSU competitive squads seeing four consecutive years advancing into the finals of the UDA Jazz D1A Nationals Competition, and also the fourth placing in the top 10 overall. The Cougars have also recorded two consecutive top-three finishes at the UDA Gameday D1A Nationals Competition as well. 

A 2010 graduate of WSU, she spent three season as a Spokane Shock Dancer from 2008-09 and 2012, three seasons in the NBA as a Denver Nuggets Dancer from 2010-11 and 2012-14 and one season in the NFL as a Tampa Bay Buccaneers Cheerleader from 2014-15. She represented the Denver Nuggets Dancers at the 2014 NBA All-Star Game.

Evenoff started her collegiate career at UNLV and spent two years on the cheer team before transferring to WSU. At Washington State she joined the Crimson Girls where she was a member of the team from 2008-10. She graduated with a degree in apparel merchandising and design merchandising.

Evenoff was born in Seoul, Korea, and grew up in Spokane, Wash. She graduated from Mead High School in 2005, where she participated in gymnastics and track and field.
