Jon Hevron is in his first year as the Cougars' Manager of Digital Media for Football, creating graphics and videos to assist recruiting and create content for all Cougar Football social media accounts.
Hevron worked the previous school year at Lawrence Technological University in Michigan as the Director of Multimedia and Football Sports Information Director, managing the departments of communications, tickets, video board management, marketing, on-field experience and fan experience. Hevron has also worked as the communications manager at the University of Detroit Jesuit High School and Academy, a digital media specialist at Michigan State University, the assistant director of athletic communications at Radford University, a media relations assistant at the University of Alabama – Birmingham and was a athletics communications graduate assistant at West Virginia University.
Hevron earned his bachelor’s degree in sport management at Central Michigan University and his masters in sport administration at Wayne State University.
